The T4U series workhorse for fleets: 12 SIP accounts, a backlit 2.7-inch display, six line keys (fifteen paperless DSS keys across three pages), and dual Gigabit ports with PoE. Two USB ports are the T42U's party trick — add a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi dongle, a USB headset, or USB call recording in any combination.

Yealink Optima HD Voice and the Opus codec keep calls clear, and unified T4U firmware means it provisions and manages exactly like the rest of the T4U family. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are dongle-based on this model (WF40/WF50, BT40/BT41/BT51), not built in, and it is sold without a power supply — it runs on PoE.
