How the two weeks run
Week 1 — discovery. One 90-minute working session with you and the people who do the work, plus a look at real examples: recent tickets, quotes, invoices and orders. No homework beyond gathering samples.
Week 2 — findings. We score the opportunities across all three tracks — automation, private/on-prem, and tuning — and walk you through the roadmap and the fixed-price proposal for the first project, live on a call.
What we need from you
One sponsor who can get us the examples and answer questions, one 90-minute session, and honest answers about where the hours actually go — and which data you'd never send to a cloud. That's it.
What it costs
The audit is a fixed fee, quoted after a short free scoping call — the scope depends on how many processes and systems we're mapping. If you go ahead with a sprint or a deployment, the full audit fee is credited toward it.
Common questions
Do we have to build with Reef afterwards?
No. The roadmap, the scores and the proposal are yours. We'd like to earn the build, but the audit stands on its own as a planning document.
How much of our team's time does it take?
About two hours total: one 90-minute session and short follow-ups. We work from real documents and examples, not interview rounds.
We're worried about sending data to cloud AI. Does the audit cover that?
Yes — that's one of its three tracks. We identify which workloads should stay inside your building, and what on-premise hardware they'd need. Nothing from the audit itself is sent anywhere you don't approve.
Is our information used to train AI models?
No. Anything you share for the audit is used only for your audit, and your data is only ever used inside your own systems under your accounts.
