Why on-premise?
For a lot of businesses the cloud AI pitch has a catch: your contracts, customer data, designs and financials get sent to someone else's computer, usage is metered by the token, and the model can change under you overnight.
On-premise AI flips that: the hardware sits in your building, the models are yours, the data never leaves, and the cost is a capital purchase — much of it available certified refurbished — instead of a meter that never stops.
It isn't right for everyone. The audit tells you honestly which side of that line you're on.
Common questions
Do we have to put our data in the cloud?
No — that's the point of the on-premise track. Models, tuning and your documents can all stay inside your network. Where a cloud step genuinely helps, we'll flag it and let you decide.
Is our data used to train models?
Only yours, for you, if you choose a tuning project — never shared, and never used for anyone else.
Can you supply the hardware as well as build the software?
Yes — that's the point. The fabric (Spectrum and Nexus switching, ConnectX NICs, optics) comes from our own catalog, new and certified refurbished; GPU compute is spec'd and sourced to your BOM as part of the same project. See our AI Hardware page.
Who approves what the AI does?
You do. Human approval gates wherever money moves, customers are contacted, or commitments are made. The AI drafts, matches, chases and prepares; your people approve.
What does it cost?
The first call is free. The audit is a fixed fee, quoted after that call once we know the scope — and credited toward your first build or deployment. Hardware is quoted like any Reef BOM: itemized, with refurbished options where they save real money.
