The Yealink MeetingBar A20 turns a small meeting space or huddle room into a full Microsoft Teams Room — no room PC, no separate camera, mic, and speaker to wire together. Everything lives in one bar that mounts above or below the display: a 20-megapixel camera, an 8-microphone beamforming array, a built-in speaker, and the Android-based Teams Rooms system itself.

The camera's super-wide 133° field of view is built for tight rooms where people sit close to the screen, and Yealink's AI framing does the camera work for you — auto framing keeps the whole group in shot, speaker tracking cuts to whoever is talking, and an electric privacy shutter covers the lens when the meeting ends. On the audio side, the 8-MEMS array with Yealink Noise Proof technology picks up voices clearly in full-duplex conversation, so people can talk over each other naturally without the clipping you get from lesser speakerphones.

Deployment is the A20's party trick for rooms like the ones our customers describe every week: it has built-in dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, so a room with no network drop can still become a Teams Room — mount the bar, connect it to your display with the included HDMI cables, join it to Wi-Fi, sign in with your Teams Rooms license, and you're meeting. Dual-screen output, content sharing, and whiteboarding are all supported. A CTP18 touch panel can be added later for table-top meeting control.
