The Grandstream GRP2624 is the 8-line workhorse of Grandstream's GRP2600 carrier-grade family — a professional desk phone built for the people who live on the phone all day, and for the IT teams who have to deploy and manage a lot of them at once.

Eight line keys with dual-color LEDs run up to 12 SIP accounts, and each key can be digitally programmed as a BLF or speed-dial key (up to 32 provisionable keys), so receptionists and call handlers can see at a glance who is free, ringing, or busy. The 2.8-inch color LCD keeps caller information and line status easy to read, and when a desk outgrows eight keys, up to four GBX20 expansion modules can be added for as many as 160 additional contacts and extensions.

Wiring is flexible. Dual switched Gigabit Ethernet ports with integrated PoE cover a standard wired install with a single cable for power and data, while integrated dual-band Wi-Fi — Wi-Fi 6 (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) on hardware version 5.0 and above — puts a phone where no drop exists. Built-in Bluetooth connects wireless headsets and can sync contacts and calendars, and there is also an RJ9 headset jack with EHS support plus a USB port for Grandstream GUV-series and other USB headsets.

Calls sound the way they should: HD wideband audio on the handset and the full-duplex speakerphone, Noise Shield technology to push down background chatter, support for the major codecs including G.722 and Opus, and 5-way audio conferencing built in — no conference bridge required for a quick huddle.

For administrators, the GRP2624 was designed for mass deployment: zero-touch provisioning and centralized configuration, monitoring, and firmware management through Grandstream's GDMS cloud platform, secure boot, dual firmware images, and encrypted data storage. The swappable faceplate lets a business or service provider put its own logo on every phone in the rollout.
