UCaaS Platform Compatibility

The CP-8811-3PCC-K9 uses multiplatform phone (MPP) firmware, making it compatible with third-party SIP-based hosted and on-premises platforms including RingCentral, Webex Calling, 8x8, Nextiva, Vonage Business, GoTo Connect, Zoom Phone, Asterisk, and BroadSoft. This model does not work with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) — it is designed exclusively for open SIP/UCaaS deployments.
