Keep your Cisco IP phones covered for as long as you run them. Reef Support gives you expert engineers, replacement parts, and onsite help under one contract — priced per phone, with the term and response time you choose.

What's Included

• Direct access to experienced network engineers for troubleshooting, configuration help, and root-cause work
• Advance hardware replacement — parts included, shipped to your site
• Onsite field-engineer dispatch when a remote fix won't do it
• Unlimited support cases for the full term
• Coverage on your terms — keep your phones covered for as long as you run them

Coverage Options

24x7x4Hr: support around the clock, replacement hardware on site within 4 hours
8x5xNBD: business-hours support, replacement hardware next business day

Multi-year terms cut the per-year cost: on 24x7 coverage, the 3-year term works out to $22 per phone/year and the 5-year term to $20 (vs $26 for 1 year). On 8x5, it's $15/yr on the 3-year term and $13/yr on the 5-year (vs $18 for 1 year).

How It Works

1. Choose your coverage level and term, and set the quantity to the number of phones you're covering (minimum 20 phones)
2. Check out — one contract covers one phone
3. We email you a short registration form for each phone's serial number and install address
4. We confirm your coverage start and send your support access details, typically within one business day
5. Call or open a case any time during your term — and when renewal comes up, we'll reach out before your coverage lapses

Good to Know

• Covers Cisco 7800 and 8800 Series desk phones located in the United States — the wireless 8821 is not covered under this plan
• Coverage starts at a minimum of 20 phones
• Reef Support covers hardware support and troubleshooting; Cisco phone firmware updates remain available through Cisco
• Many customers run Reef Support alongside SmartNet — SmartNet on the newest core gear, Reef Support keeping the rest of the fleet covered
• Buying your Cisco IP phones from Reef as well? They already include Reef's 10-year warranty — Reef Support adds the engineers, the response-time commitment, and onsite hands on top of it

The Reef Difference

Reef Telecom is built on keeping great hardware working longer. It's why we refurbish, why our gear carries a 10-year warranty, and why Reef Support keeps your Cisco IP phones covered for as long as you run them — every year a device stays in service is a year it stays out of a landfill. And every Reef Support contract helps fund coral restoration through our partnership with the Coral Restoration Foundation.
