Keep your Catalyst 3850 Series switches covered for as long as you run them. Reef Support gives you expert engineers, replacement parts, and onsite help under one contract — priced per switch, with the term and response time you choose.

What's Included

• Direct access to experienced network engineers for troubleshooting, configuration help, and root-cause work
• Advance hardware replacement — parts included, shipped to your site
• Onsite field-engineer dispatch when a remote fix won't do it
• Unlimited support cases for the full term
• Coverage that stays available well beyond Cisco's published end-of-service dates for the Catalyst 3850 Series

Coverage Options

24x7x4Hr: support around the clock, replacement hardware on site within 4 hours
8x5xNBD: business-hours support, replacement hardware next business day

Multi-year terms cut the per-year cost: on 24x7 coverage, the 3-year term works out to $82 per switch/year and the 5-year term to $72 (vs $96 for 1 year). On 8x5, it's $67/yr on the 3-year term and $59/yr on the 5-year (vs $79 for 1 year).

How It Works

1. Choose your coverage level and term, and set the quantity to the number of switches you're covering
2. Check out — one contract covers one switch
3. We email you a short registration form for each switch's serial number and install address
4. We confirm your coverage start and send your support access details, typically within one business day
5. Call or open a case any time during your term — and when renewal comes up, we'll reach out before your coverage lapses

The Reef Difference

Reef Telecom is built on keeping great hardware working longer. It's why we refurbish, why our gear carries a 10-year warranty, and why Reef Support keeps your 3850s covered for as long as you run them — every year a device stays in service is a year it stays out of a landfill. And every Reef Support contract helps fund coral restoration through our partnership with the Coral Restoration Foundation.
