The Fanvil X7C is the executive desk phone in Fanvil's X enterprise line — built for the person whose extension rings all day and who needs every line, busy-lamp field, and speed dial visible at a glance.

Its 5-inch color screen is flanked by 12 physical DSS keys with tri-color LEDs. Those keys page through up to 60 DSS assignments, and the screen redraws its labels to match the page you are on, so a busy-lamp field, a speed dial, or a one-touch transfer is always labeled for the key you are about to press. The phone supports 20 SIP lines and 3-way audio conferencing.

Audio is HD wideband on both the handset and the full-duplex speakerphone, with G.722 and Opus wideband codecs. Bluetooth is built in for a Bluetooth headset, an RJ9 port covers a wired headset, and EHS support covers wireless headsets with the appropriate EHS cable. The phone can also receive video calls (H.264), so a video door phone or video endpoint shows on the color screen. Wi-Fi is available through the optional Fanvil WF20 USB dongle where no network drop is available, and the USB port also supports recording to a flash drive.

The wired install is standard fleet fare: dual Gigabit Ethernet ports with integrated PoE, so power and data arrive on one cable and the second port bridges through to the desk PC. It is a standards-based SIP phone that works with major platforms including 3CX, Asterisk, BroadWorks, Avaya, and Metaswitch, and auto-provisions via FTP/TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS, DHCP Option 66, SIP PNP, and TR-069. The desk stand adjusts to two positions.
