The Fanvil V64 is the prime business phone in Fanvil's V series — a 12-line desk phone for the people who live on the phone all day: front desks, office managers, dispatchers, and busy professionals who need lines, speed dials, and call status in front of them, not buried in menus.

A 3.5-inch color LCD (480 x 320) carries the call information, flanked by intelligent DSS keys for lines, busy-lamp fields, and one-touch dialing. The phone handles 12 SIP lines and 6-way audio conferencing, with HD voice on the handset and the full-duplex speakerphone, and wideband support for the G.722 and Opus codecs alongside the standard narrowband codecs.

Placement and headsets are flexible. Built-in dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz) puts a phone where no network drop exists, and built-in Bluetooth 4.2 pairs wireless headsets and mobile devices — while a standard wired install runs on dual Gigabit Ethernet ports with integrated PoE, power and data over a single cable. A USB 2.0 port supports a USB headset or a flash drive, RJ9 ports cover the handset and a wired headset, and EHS support covers Jabra and Plantronics wireless headsets with the appropriate EHS cable.

For everyday use, the V64 keeps a local phonebook and call logs of up to 1,000 entries each, with remote phonebook support over XML/LDAP. It is a standards-based SIP phone, so it drops into major hosted and on-premise SIP platforms without gateways or workarounds. The phone can sit on its desk stand or be wall-mounted with the optional wall-mount parts.
