The Grandstream GRP2614 is the dual-screen member of Grandstream's GRP2600 carrier-grade family — a 4-line desk phone built for the people in an office who watch everybody else's lines as well as their own: receptionists, supervisors, dispatchers, and anyone whose job starts with knowing who is free, who is ringing, and who is already on a call.

The main 2.8-inch color LCD handles the call in front of you, while a second 2.4-inch color screen sits beside the keypad and is dedicated to up to 24 multi-purpose keys, so BLF status and speed dials stay visible without crowding the main display. The four dual-color line keys can themselves be digitally programmed as up to 16 provisionable BLF/fast-dial keys, and the phone supports 4 SIP accounts with 5-way audio conferencing built in.

Placement is flexible. Dual switched Gigabit Ethernet ports with integrated PoE run power and data over one cable in a standard wired install, while integrated dual-band Wi-Fi — Wi-Fi 6 (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) on hardware version 5.0 and above — puts a phone where no network drop exists. Built-in Bluetooth pairs wireless headsets, and an RJ9 headset jack with EHS support covers wired headsets.

Calls are HD wideband on both the handset and the full-duplex speakerphone, with support for the major voice codecs including G.722 and Opus.

For administrators, the GRP2614 was designed for mass deployment: zero-touch provisioning and centralized configuration, monitoring, and firmware management through Grandstream's GDMS cloud platform, secure boot, dual firmware images, and encrypted data storage. The swappable faceplate lets a business or service provider put its own logo on every phone in the rollout.
