1. Setting Up the Base Station

  • Placement: Keep the base station within 6 feet (1.8m) of a power outlet and Ethernet port. For best wireless range, elevate and avoid proximity to large electronic devices.

  • Power: Connect the base station to AC power or use Power over Ethernet (PoE).

  • Network: Use the supplied Ethernet cable to connect the base station to your network.

2. Charge and Power Up

  • Insert the battery into the handset and place it in the charging cradle. Charge fully before first use.

  • LED Indicator: Status LED on base and handset will illuminate to confirm power and charging state.

3. Registering Handsets

  • To register the handset:

    • On the handset, navigate to Menu → Settings → Registration → Register.

    • Press and hold the Find button on the base for at least 5 seconds.
