Note: For Avaya phones using an EU24 expansion module/sidecar, the EU24 port is occupied by the sidecar cable — the APV-66 connects via an alternate method. Avaya 2420 and 54XX phones require firmware 4.0 or greater. For newer Avaya 9600/1600 series phones, use the APV-63 (38734-11) instead.
