How to Set Up Your Plantronics Savi W740

1. Customize and Charge Your Headset

  • Connect the battery (replaceable; use only genuine Plantronics batteries).

  • Pick your preferred wearing style:

    • Over-the-ear

    • Over-the-head

    • Behind-the-head
      (Use the kit for assembly.)

  • Attach the charging cradle to the base.

  • Plug in the power supply—one end into the base, the other into a power outlet.

  • Dock your headset in the base for at least 20 minutes to charge.

2. Connect to Your Desk Phone

  • Choose setup type:

    • Standard connection

    • With HL10 lifter (sold separately)

    • With EHS cable (sold separately)

  • Connect desk phone cables to the base as per your configuration.
