The 2.8-inch color LCD keeps caller information and line status easy to read, and when a desk outgrows eight keys, up to four GBX20 expansion modules can be added for as many as 160 additional contacts and extensions.

Wiring is flexible. Dual switched Gigabit Ethernet ports with integrated PoE cover a standard wired install with a single cable for power and data, while integrated dual-band Wi-Fi — Wi-Fi 6 (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) on hardware version 5.0 and above — puts a phone where no drop exists. Built-in Bluetooth connects wireless headsets and can sync contacts and calendars, and there is also an RJ9 headset jack with EHS support plus a USB port for Grandstream GUV-series and other USB headsets.

Calls sound the way they should: HD wideband audio on the handset and the full-duplex speakerphone, Noise Shield technology to push down background chatter, support for the major codecs including G.722 and Opus, and 5-way audio conferencing built in — no conference bridge required for a quick huddle.

For administrators, the GRP2624 was designed for mass deployment: zero-touch provisioning and centralized configuration, monitoring, and firmware management through Grandstream's GDMS cloud platform, secure boot, dual firmware images, and encrypted data storage. The swappable faceplate lets a business or service provider put its own logo on every phone in the rollout.

Key specifications

8 lines / up to 12 SIP accounts, 8 dual-color line keys (up to 32 provisionable BLF/fast-dial keys)

2.8" 320x240 TFT color LCD

Integrated dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (hardware v5.0+) and Bluetooth

Dual switched auto-sensing 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit Ethernet ports with integrated PoE (802.3af)

HD wideband audio — handset and full-duplex speakerphone, Noise Shield technology

5-way audio conferencing

Supports up to 4 GBX20 expansion modules (160 contacts/extensions)

RJ9 headset jack with EHS support and USB port for headsets

Carrier-grade security: secure boot, dual firmware images, encrypted data storage, SRTP, TLS, 802.1x

Zero-touch provisioning and management via GDMS

Swappable faceplate for logo customization

Wall-mountable (bracket sold separately); 2-position desk stand

What's included: GRP2624 phone, handset with cord, phone stand, 12V power adapter, network cable, Quick Installation Guide, GPL license.
